This is a refresher programme for individual who are Manual Handling Trainers and need to update their skills in the safe moving and handling of people within a care environment; The course focuses on the latest range of moving and handling techniques in line with current guidelines.   Attendees will be expected to undertake an assessment in relation to theory and practical aspects of Safe Moving and Handling of People.  

Prerequisites

Attendees must have attended a formal Safe moving and handling train the trainer course.
