Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) qualification is designed for individuals who wish to act as an emergency first aider in their workplace. Upon successful completion of this qualification, candidates will be equipped with the essential skills needed to give safe, prompt and effective first aid in emergency situations.

Well-led is a national leadership development programme for managers of adult social care services working in the private, public or third sectors. With the catheter care training course the aims are to familiarise learners with the methods and reason of catheterisation, covering both male and female anatomy.

As part of the CQC requirements, Health and Social Care personnel are required to undertake Mandatory and Statutory Training. The CQC regulations are not clear as to what Mandatory refresher training is required.
