Our Emergency First Aid at Work (Level 3) – Highfield Accredited course provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to respond confidently to a range of workplace emergencies. Suitable for employees, carers, family carers, and members of the public, the course covers CPR, AED use, choking, bleeding, shock, seizures, and the treatment of minor injuries.

This course is suitable for everyone but has been designed to help employers to provide a positive mental health culture within the workplace and to provide learners with comprehensive knowledge on a range of the most common mental health conditions and the skills to be able to act should a condition be suspected.

Basic Life Support (BLS) – Highfield Level 3 Award in Adult Basic Life Support and Automated External Defibrillation (RQF) course equips learners with the essential knowledge and practical skills to respond confidently in emergency situations. Suitable for health and social care professionals, family carers, and members of the public, the course covers CPR, use of an AED, the recovery position, and the management of choking incidents.
